Our concert is at on Sunday 11th May, with a rehearsal from 1.30pm.
As for the previous rehearsals please note:
1. Everyone will need to bring their own music stand.
2. Everyone should bring their own music
3. Please bring your own drink/snack if required.
4. Concert dress – Strings – dark bottoms and bright top. Symphony – dark bottoms and either bright top or Rock t-shirt.
For the concert:
1. £5 for each adult attending (although any additional donations are very welcome!!) Please note that there will be no card payment facilities, so we request that you please bring cash with you.
2. We won’t be able to serve refreshments, but please feel free to bring your own.
3. We anticipate the concert will last until about 5.30pm.
Thank you to those who have brought raffle prizes already. Any further donations will be gratefully received at the beginning of the rehearsal. It will be £1 for a strip of tickets on the day.
